What I like about botanical garden is its shadiness. Far away from hustle bustle of the capital. Bogor Botanical garden is only about an hour drive from Jakarta. Tired of shopping malls, restaurants, lounges, and clubs... 2 weeks ago I went to botanical garden with some friends. It was Diah and I's idea to escape from Jakarta and have a "Picnic Day". Unexpectedly, some other friends interested to join us! Way to go then! 
Our first plan was using train but one of my friend said he didn't mind to drive for us. Beside, we brought quite a lot foods and drinks... it's easier to use car rather than train. 2 males and 4 females were so ready for a new kind of trip :) Each of us brought something and I choose chicken wings. It was easy prepared! Other friends brought friend noodle, fruit salads, chips, juices and soft drinks.
We departed from Jakarta around 9AM and had good laughter on our way... Of course we did because we were happy ;) And yes, don't you think this cat is cute?
Sitting there... under the tree on sunny day was superb. It was one fine day and I had a great time. Thanks to good friends and sunny day :)xoxo,
