“Have you ever been in love?
Horrible isn’t it? It makes you so vulnerable.
It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up.
You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life… You give them a piece of you.
They didn’t ask for it.
They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn’t your own anymore. Love takes hostages.
It gets inside you.
It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like ‘maybe we should be just friends’ turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts.
Not just in the imagination.
Not just in the mind.
It’s a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love.”

Check them out. What a fabulous style... Loving this lady a lot!
She is my fashion inspiration even though I don't copy all of her style :P Let's admit that some of her clothes/dresses are not suitable for daily use, but she is Sarah Jessica Parker!
Let's say that I'll dress like her when I have enough money to buy designers clothes and shoes. Meanwhile, I'll just admire her style.
For me, her fashion sense is unique and memorable.
Who else have a fashion style like she does?
I also have 2 of her perfumes collection, Lovely & Covet. The smell of these perfumes are exceptional!
She is not pretty, she is unique and yes... she inspired me.

A memorable Christmas 2011
In 2011, finally my dream came true. See, if you can dream it.. you can do it!
They came on 24 December and stayed with me until 29 December then visited my sister and other relatives in Bandung after. My young sister also joined us. We were so happy to be united again.
Here are some pictures of our happy moment in Christmas season.
I hope next Christmas, I could take them somewhere else, a more beautiful place :)

What I wrote on 31 December 2009
One day left in 2009 when I wrote this.
My thought took few trips to some moments in 2009 that crashed me down but in the end, there’s always light in the end of the tunnels :) These ‘crashing moments’ were definitely made me a better person as I am today. There were time when I had rainy days, but I didn’t let myself wet soaking in the rain. I have a nice rain coat and wide umbrella to protect me. Swept away few people in my life made my house cleaner and more peaceful. I don’t need the dust in my shiny palace. So, for people who want to get your dirt placed or made dirt in my palace, accept that you are not welcome and not even deserve to visit or even stay in my joyous life.
“To forgive is to move forward”
“When you forgive it, you don’t have to live it”.
I had a wonderful years in 2009 and I know I’m gonna have more wonderful year in 2010. Here I am, standing tall above the blue sky, with forever summer in my heart and wide smile on my face, so ready to welcoming 2010! A year that will be filled with more joy, laughter, happiness and love. There will be stormy days ahead for sure, but that’s part of my journey to live this amazing life of mine!
Most people make New Year resolution and I have few too that I want to share with you.
- Join yoga class
- Join dance class
- Eat more healthier foods start by consuming red rice rather than white rice, less junk foods or fry foods
- Travel abroad to some new places and mixed more with local people during traveling

- Read more good quality book
I share few happy moments I had in 2009 as above, there were many many great moments I had... What you see above were just few of them :)So grateful!

A moment of happiness (Rumi)
you and I sitting on the verandah,
apparently two, but one in soul, you and I.
We feel the flowing water of life here,
you and I, with the garden's beauty
and the birds singing.
The stars will be watching us,
and we will show them
what it is to be a thin crescent moon.
You and I unselfed, will be together,
indifferent to idle speculation, you and I.
The parrots of heaven will be cracking sugar
as we laugh together, you and I.
In one form upon this earth,
and in another form in a timeless sweet land.

My best Birthday ever!
It's been a while... Glad to be able blogging again.I had the best birthday ever in my life a week ago in Singapore! I left Jakarta on my birthday, it was Friday, 30 October in the evening and arrived safely in Changi Airport just an hour before midnight. The immigration officer even wished me Happy Birthday and said a pray for me, it was so sweet!
My e-mail friend for 8 years, Viga picked me up and we headed to my Hostel directly and continued chit chat in an Indian Restaurant until 2 AM.
On Saturday I wandered around in Little India with another good friend of mine, we spent whole day in this area.
Our plan was to go clubbing in Clarke Quay area but it was heavy rain in the evening and we trapped in MRT station for 2 hours. Our feet were too tired to walk or to dance, so we didn't go out that evening. I slept quiet early, it was another blessed day and I was smiling on my sleep widely ;)
I have a good friend who used to live in Singapore. But sadly, she moved to Kuala Lumpur on Sunday evening. So, I rushed to see her on sunday morning. I didn't know where was the Hotel but the map helped me a lot! Along my way to see her, I saw many nice old buildings. What I like about Singapore a lot is its old small buildings that are still well maintain. Just like the picture I took above from one of the streets in Singapore.
After saw my friend, I went to China town that offered me another side of Singapore. It's fun to wander around and bought some cheap stuffs ;)
What do you think about this colorful key chains? I remember the shop owner yelled at me when she saw me taking pictures in front of her shop, hahaha... Anyway, I don't think I will see her again and I got this nice shot.
The picture above is Sultan Mosque in Kampong Glam where I had my breakfast with my good friend, Diny together with her baby and her husband.
The third day was awesome. My friend, Viga had time to accompany me wandering around Singapore river area. I always love this area. Quiet and beautiful...
The tall buildings said hello to the clear blue sky. The universe knew how much I enjoyed my time when I was there.
What can I say more? I indeed had the best birthday ever!

Norwegian Wood

Here are the synopsis of "Norwegian Wood" from Publishers Weekly that I got from www. amazon.com:
"In a complete stylistic departure from his mysterious and surreal novels (The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle; A Wild Sheep Chase) that show the influences of Salinger, Fitzgerald and Tom Robbins, Murakami tells a bittersweet coming-of-age story, reminiscent of J.R. Salamanca's classic 1964 novel, LilithAthe tale of a young man's involvement with a schizophrenic girl. A successful, 37-year-old businessman, Toru Watanabe, hears a version of the Beatles' Norwegian Wood, and the music transports him back 18 years to his college days. His best friend, Kizuki, inexplicably commits suicide, after which Toru becomes first enamored, then involved with Kizuki's girlfriend, Naoko. But Naoko is a very troubled young woman; her brilliant older sister has also committed suicide, and though sweet and desperate for happiness, she often becomes untethered. She eventually enters a convalescent home for disturbed people, and when Toru visits her, he meets her roommate, an older musician named Reiko, who's had a long history of mental instability. The three become fast friends. Toru makes a commitment to Naoko, but back at college he encounters Midori, a vibrant, outgoing young woman. As he falls in love with her, Toru realizes he cannot continue his relationship with Naoko, whose sanity is fast deteriorating. Though the solution to his problem comes too easily, Murakami tells a subtle, charming, profound and very sexy story of young love bound for tragedy. Published in Japan in 1987, this novel proved a wild success there, selling four million copies. (Sept.) "
